June has been the busiest month so far in 2013 with massive progress made across a number of goals mainly the fitness and X360 which have seen new records.
Fitness wise, June now holds the records for longest distance, time and calories burned on Runkeeper at 105.9 miles, 33 hours 12 minutes 40 seconds and 12,964 calories which is an amazing accolade considering it is my first ever century of miles in a month and have burned over 1500 calories more than any previous month.
Nike+ also reflects a good month for fitness with the Running app collecting 105.75 miles and 24,742 fuel and the Fuelband hitting 198.73 miles with 45,565 calories and 406,152 steps overall. The combined fuel for the month is 135.389 which despite not being a record is still a great achievement.
A factor in the fitness was the ending of my relationship earlier in the month as the heart break meant I didn't feel like exercising and as such didn't accumulate a lot of fuel in the first half of the month but the completion of the LOS 13 on the 30th helped the progress catch up.
During the month I have reflected on my relationship in good ways and bad ways and with it now being a full week without any contact despite the money loss, I feel better after the breakup and think maybe it is best to continue the rest of the year as a single man as in not going looking for a relationship so we will see what happens I guess.
The XBOX 360 was badly neglected during the relationship and now I have become single it has made massive progress as I hit another century this month by unlocking 104 achievements across 22 games and in total accrued 2807 TA points and an amazing 1810 G so hopefully July can continue the success.
June was also a good month for the completion of some 2013 goals - Complete 2 years of To-Do lists came in on the 22nd having written the inaugural one back in 2011 and another Blogger goal was breached this time it was reaching 7500 total page views and happened on the 28th.
Pre-ordering the Xbox One (written as next gen console back in Jan) took place on the 13th and the most satisfying was completing a third Lap of Skem which this year spanned 11.2 miles and took place on the 30th.
