25 going on 26

Evening all as I write, this is my last post as a 25 year old as come Thursday I'll be officially 26 and hours away from my first proper holiday for over four years.

A busy 12 days has meant that the blog has not been updated so this post will form a summary of events which have taken place and the progress to the 2013 goals.

On the relationship front, we went for a Valentine's meal at the Raj Gate last Sunday and had a lovely night and this weekend we spent the day together yesterday and got a takeaway from a kebab house in Upholland and today just chatted on the phone.

This week we will spend a lot of time together as we will meet up on Thursday for my birthday and then we go away to Blackpool for four days at the weekend which we are very excited for and can't wait.

Xbox wise, Assassin's Creed 3 has been the main focus and took me past the milestone of 100 achievement's in 2013 with the strangely named 'Spit Roast' unlocking last night, as the month draws to a close I am nearing 2000G and 3000 TA in 2013 while in doing so I will pass by 3700 achievements and 69k gamer score overall.

Wigan lost at Huddersfield but back at the DW got a comfortable win over London so I am happy about that. Liverpool got a good win over Swansea but despite winning against Zenit they bowed out of the Europa League but with Skem United going from strength to strength in the Evostik now sitting nine points clear at the top so sport wise all is good.

My Past Is Not My Future

In recent years, I have always remembered memories both good and bad and let them effect the way I have lived my life but this month has shown me that lingering in the past is not important any more and that the future is brighter on most fronts than it has ever been.

It is great to say that as I write this I have been in a relationship with my lovely girlfriend for a full month and to many people it might not seem to be an achievement but with a checkered history of short relationships, to have one be so strong after a month is a lovely feeling.

This weekend we went out to Wigan for a nice shopping trip, went Bowling and won a game each then played five intense games on the Air Hockey which got a lot of built up anger out which was nice.

Later on we ordered out and just enjoyed being together for the rest of the evening and on Sunday, she came round and watched United v Everton and we had roast dinner, went on the Xbox 360 and watched some TV.

The weekend ended by taking a trip to the Viking pub to watch the Liverpool game and some McDonalds before I walked her home and kissed goodbye until we meet up again on Saturday.

Progress has been made on the 2013 goals as I went to my first Warriors home game of the season and also continued success in selling on Amazon with the total earnings now at £54.71 putting me over the halfway point to success.

On the Xbox front, I currently have accrued 79 achievements for the year as well as passing the milestones of 2000 TA score and 1000G for 2013.

February is a special month for me with turning 26 on the 28th and if things continue to go as well as they are now I think it'll be the happiest birthday I will have had in a long while.

February Begins With a Million

February is always a good month for me because the last day of it is my birthday so the month is a nice countdown. The biggest news so far is the completion of the first fitness goal which came last last night with the accolade of 1 million as shown in the media below.

Also on the Xbox 360, I have completed my 19th game in the shape of Wordament (iOS) and reached 50 achievements this year.

An increase in sales of my inventory on Amazon and eBay has seen my goal of earning £100 seem too easy with the current total being £43.47 after only a week of products being posted online.

Hopefully, now I have caught up with the mass backlog of posts, the future posts will be a bit shorter with more of an update rather than a small essay at 7am on a Sunday.

P.S - The relationship with my wonderful girlfriend is getting stronger each day.

One Down Eleven To Go

2013 has had a pretty good start with a fair amount of goals making good progress, the main focus is the beginning of my relationship with my lovely girlfriend and the increase in calorie burning.

As January closed only two goal were completed which were to start a relationship and to complete the 2013 Premier League sticker album.

Progress is gradually being made on the goals involving the Xbox 360 and the fitness records are falling by the wayside as Jan 2013 becomes the new 'Fitness month'.

This is because on RunKeeper, the main three records which have been unbroken since August 2012 all toppled. The record for distance of88.6mi was overtaken by 90.1mi, the records for calorie burn and duration of 10,197cl and 26h 4m 48s have fallen to the new records of 10,365cl and 26h 35m 32s.

The records for activities in a week and month also were no match for the might that is Jan 2013 as the week of Jan 6th saw 15 activities completed and as such 53 were completed across the month.

Nike+ also had its share of record breaking as on the Nike Fuelband, the 'Best Day, 'Best Week' and 'Best Month' awards all belong to Jan 2013.  Overall 170.895 was earned with the best day coming on the 25th with a haul of 6633 achieved, the best week was from the 14th-21st in which 37,645 was earned and finally the monthly total came at a whopping 143,300 .

The  statistics were 459,235 steps, 57634cl, 224,69mi and 305hr 36min.

The You Tube channel hasn't had a great start to 2013 but with only a few uploads, a gain of 685 views is not too disappointing.
